The Director Customer Fulfillment & Order Management is responsible leading the global Order to Cash & Service Lifecycle Management strategy, as well as the daily operations of the Order Management functions. With a keen focus on Customer Experience, this role is responsible for leading a team of managers and professionals, focused on the transformation of our OTC & SLM operations, leveraging our business technologies to realize best-in-class system performance, and driving optimized fulfillment of customer orders across Generac’s global organization.
Major Responsibilities:
Leverages feedback from internal/external stakeholders and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for order management and the OTC & SLM work streams globally
Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into systems solutions
Designs and directs the work of the functional area
Selects, coaches and develops the team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate the team
Manages organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development
Designs and directs processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered and performance is systematically improved
Participates in cross-functional, global planning meetings with decision makers, systems owners, project teams and others to define business requirements and goals to identify and resolve issues with scalable, sustainable solutions
Drives standardization where possible across all business verticals
Ensures that orders are managed with a high level of accuracy
Implements and measures pre-set metrics to utilize in team evaluation, training and performance standards
Develops and utilizes reporting to effectively measure performance, drive accountability, and recommends opportunities for improvement
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
Work Experience
7 years of OTC experience with leading ERP system
5 years progressive leadership experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management-
Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical skills, and exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
Desire to seek out improvement opportunities from both a process and system standpoint
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
Strong cross-functional collaborator, team player, highly motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude
Excellent decision-making skills with a customer focus

Preferred Job Requirements
Education
Masters degree in Business or related field
Work Experience
Prior experience supporting or leading merger and acquisition integration activities for OTC
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Prior participation in process mapping and continuous improvement activities
