The Role
The Lead Product Manager plays a key strategic role in shaping the mission-critical systems that serve as the backbone for Police, Fire, and EMS. This position provides leadership across multiple products or major initiatives within the public safety portfolio, combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution to drive meaningful impact.
The Lead Product Manager partners closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to align product outcomes with organizational goals. They operate with a portfolio-level perspective—defining strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring that products deliver measurable value to both customers and the business.
Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) is one of the core platforms for public safety operations—powering real-time dispatch for first responders. In this role, you’ll lead modernization, improving usability, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless integration within the Versaterm ecosystem. You’ll champion innovations to help agencies operate smarter, while shaping strategy and delivering measurable business impact. This job posting is being used to fill an existing vacancy.
