We are hiring Commercial Account Manager, 3D Print in Southeast Asia (SEA) and South Pacific (SPAC). 

 

What a Commercial Account Manager, 3D Print (SEA & SPAC) does at HP:

  • Build and deploy sub region business plans that includes working with partners, and/or specialists.
  • Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly or yearly quota
  • Focuses on larger deals/opportunities, and selling a range of HP products and solutions suitable to satisfy the customers application.
  • Engages with channel partners effectively to improve win rates on deals.
  • Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients, and develops a core understanding of the business needs.
  • Builds growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
  • Generates leads for HP 3D print solutions, collaborating with partners or other specialists as needed.
  • Sell 3D print solutions that include hardware, consumables, software and services.
  • Enters opportunities in pipeline tools and updates them weekly.
  • Ability to implement margin improvement activities.
  • Acts as a first interface for collaboration with members of global HP business teams.
  • Travel to attend events and work with channel in the defined sub region.

 

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • University or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • Has deep knowledge of 3D print products, solutions and service offerings, which could include what is offered by competition.
  • Extensive vertical knowledge of relevant addressable industries in the sub region.
  • Advanced solution selling skills. Typically 5 to 8 years of experience.
  • Account management experience.
  • Proven capital equipment sales experience with deals typically exceeding US$300k in value.
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external partners to deliver appropriate solutions in the sale.
  • Able to interface with senior levels in internal HP and external, client and partner groups.
  • Knows when and how to adjust business plans based on industry segment opportunities.
  • Use consultative selling skills to proactively help customer's business decisions.
  • Conceptualizes and articulates well-targeted solutions - from proposal to contract sign off.
  • Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to HP 3D print solutions.
  • Excels in competitive selling.
  • Needs a good understanding of the channel and how to partner.
