We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Client Success team as a Mid-Market Implementation Consultant. Once a sale is complete, our Implementation Consultants ensure the Awardco product is properly set up and configured to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills in order to build and maintain strong relationships with all of Awardco’s clients.

What you will accomplish?

  • Develop and manage client relationships during product implementation, ensuring Awardco is properly set up and configured for clients
  • Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout project timeline
  • Ensure that each task is done correctly and efficiently while meeting all project deadlines
  • Become an expert in the Awardco platform through product configuration
  • Hit the ground running by working with larger projects from day 1
  • Work efficiently with other departments across the company

What you will bring?

  • Immense attention to detail as you manage multiple different projects
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in a client facing role required
  • 1-2 years experience with product configuration in a SaaS/tech industry required
  • Project management experience required
  • Proven track record of success in each job you've held
