Job Description​

RN Managers with solid leadership experience...we have the best opportunity for you!! We are searching for a RN Manager - Neurology & Neurosurgery to join our clinics.

  • Neuroscience/Ambulatory experience strongly preferred
  • BSN required, MSN preferred
  • Minimum of three years nursing experience (Compact Missouri or Kansas licensure required)
  • 2 years+ of nursing management strongly preferred
  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Travel between our 4 main hospital locations including the Plaza, North, South and East.

  • Nurse manager is accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of the care provided in the clinic consistent with the established strategic plan goals and objectives for Patient Centered Care.
  • Works in collaboration with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement regarding practice policies and processes.
  • Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking and skills based on principles of psychological, social, physical and biological sciences that utilize the nursing processes.
  • Drives employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to exceed customer expectations in a patient centered and healing environment.
  • Maintains all clinical competencies if required due to size and structure of the clinic and may occasionally be counted in staffing.
  • This position manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned and supervises assigned clinical departments and staff.
  • Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
  • Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations.
  • Assist clinical staff as needed.
  • Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
  • BLS required
