The Benefit Engagement Manager will develop and implement internal engagement and communications strategies and content to drive utilization of the employee benefit plans. The position is responsible for supporting the organization’s Total Rewards priorities by making, creating, and executing multichannel initiatives to drive inspiration, awareness and engagement among target audiences. The manager will be responsible for partnering with the program managers to prioritize actions that improve the overall health and wellbeing of Amcor employees.
YOUR ROLE IN UNPACKING POSSIBILITIES
Craft compelling narratives that unlock the hearts and minds of colleagues and their families to drive engagement and inspire action
Strategic partner that crafts engagement plan(s) and tracks data/metrics for efficacy
Ensure colleagues have a foundational understanding of their total rewards package (plans and policies) and the value of offerings
Coordinate technical, legal, and internal stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment, accuracy, and effectiveness of communications
Oversee content development, branding, review and distribution of materials through various channels
Collaborate with external benefits vendors to adapt their communications, ensuring brand guidelines, voice/tone, and priorities align with the Amcor Benefits vision
Proactively use employee and internal stakeholder feedback to enhance and refine engagement strategies and messaging
Embrace a “test and refine” mindset: Leverage continuous improvement to create repeatable engagement best practices and collateral
Responsible for assisting in evaluation of vendor partnerships, including RFP/contract, budget, and scoping work as needed (print, video, etc)
Identify opportunities, strategies, and stories, and develop high-impact internal engagement campaigns and content to support the benefits plans, while staying in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Create and maintain publishing calendars.
Develop high-impact visual communications including PowerPoint, emails, SharePoint sites and other digital collateral as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for Amcor style guide and corporate brand standards.
Manage reporting and analytics for digital channels and make recommendations based on usage statistics to improve adoption, reach and relevance of campaigns.
Own and update digital channels and support and partner with users across the business, including facilitation of IT and technical support for swift troubleshooting as needed.
WHAT WE VALUE
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including OneDrive, Sharepoint and PowerPoint
Basic graphics skills, including digital asset creation and familiarity with video editing
Ability to develop and implement impactful, compelling engagement programs that drive utilization
Clear attention to detail, spelling and grammar
Ability to relate to all levels of an organization, from the shop floor to the C-suite
Strong verbal, writing, editing, research and project management skills
Ability to convey information in a straightforward and succinct manner, and translate complex information into clear and concise content
Self-starter who can take initiative in the absence of detailed direction, meet tight deadlines, stay highly organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure
Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders in a strategic and analytical manner, use discretion and sound judgement, and operate in a fast-paced corporate environment
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts or Human Resources
5 -7 years experience
Functioning knowledge of benefit plans
Preference for manufacturing sector experience
Project Management experience preferred
Excel experience preferred
