About the Role:

The VP, Head of Global Enablement is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our global sales organization, technical sales team, partners and customer success teams. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, sales enablement strategies, and a proven track record of driving business growth through enablement initiatives.  In this role, you will be responsible for CrowdStrike’s end-to-end enablement strategy and organization.

What You'll Do:

Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a global enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead and manage the global enablement team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Alliance and Customer Success, to align enablement initiatives with company priorities.

Program Development and Execution:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs that include onboarding, continuous learning, product training, sales methodologies, and best practices.

  • Oversee the strategy to develop and maintain a repository of enablement content, including playbooks, competitive analysis, product information, case studies, and training materials.

  • Implement scalable enablement technologies and platforms to deliver training and resources effectively across global teams.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.

  • Continuously assess and improve enablement strategies based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the impact and ROI of enablement efforts.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams to drive consistent messaging and customer engagement.

  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to ensure sales and technical sales teams are equipped with the latest product updates, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Act as a liaison between the field and corporate teams to identify enablement needs and develop solutions that address them.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles within the cybersecurity or technology industry.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement programs that drive sales performance and customer success.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Proficiency with enablement tools and technologies (e.g., LMS, CRM, sales enablement platforms).

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $300,000-360,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
