We are looking for a  Systems Analyst I who will:

Responsible for  the effective delivery and support of CSG’s Business Continuity Management practice through the implementation, administration, development and documentation that supports our defined standards. The analyst will play a key role within the BCM Team while collaborating with product engineering, platform, product management, and security organizations to assure we meet audit compliance requirements and sufficiently protect CSG and our customers data, mitigating the effects of business interruptions.

Manage business continuity plan bi-annual review/update cycle. Including review of submitted documentation for accuracy.

Must have 2+ years of experience

Support multiple annual hands-on business continuity exercises and tabletops which will include tracking of supporting tickets and post exercise attestations and scorecards.

Manage and support business impact and risk assessments

Support new product launch tracking and confirmation of BCP submission. This will include on-prem, public cloud and 3rd party SaaS solutions.

Support CSG policy documentation review and updates on an annual basis

Prepare/support global distaster response as required to appropriately help CSG recover from large scale business interruptions.

Development of processes to ultimately optimize the BCM practice

Regular and reliable attendance is required.
