Role purpose

The Event Manager will coordinate and manage Chadstone's Christmas Festival program, taking responsibility for the quality of the experience and the operations of the in-centre program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop operational workflows specific to Chadstone's Christmas Festival

  • Engage, roster and coordinate staff

  • Develop training guidelines and manuals

  • Induct staff and train a team on operational requirements

  • Manage quality standards, ensuring front of house staff, Santas and photographers are regularly operating in accordance with the guidelines

  • Manage customer complaints and troubleshoot photography or booking issues

  • Support the Chadstone Marketing team with the implementation of the Christmas marketing campaign as required
