Core Responsibilities
1. Consults and advises internal stakeholders in all areas of operational processes as it relates to client services.
2. Formulates strategic recommendations on the resolution of complex operational issues.
3. Leverages analysis of departmental performance metrics and trend data to develop informed recommendations that align with and advance client services operations priorities.
4. Identifies and addresses critical impediments to operational efficiency, driving improvements that enhance the sustained effectiveness of the team’s day-to-day activities.
5. Leads controls, quality assurance, and auditing for the department. Applies strong knowledge of operational rules and regulations related to client services. Supports effective risk management and regulatory oversight.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of related experience required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
