As a Manager, Process (Individual Contributor) for CVS Health, you'll provide management support to department operations and develop process improvements to improve workflows across the organization. You'll work on performance improvement plans and optimization projects and align department processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals.

What you will do:

  • Implementation of the most commonly used process management strategies.
  • Consult with leaders on process metrics to define success criteria and measure progress against improvement targets.
  • Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators to measure output and inform the decision-making process.
  • Design and develop industry-leading process maps and diagrams to ensure that the impact of interconnected processes are thoroughly understood.
  • Develop actionable insights from internal data and organizes processes by categorical importance.
  • Execute process management strategies to reflect the needed performance requirements for organizational objectives.
  • Handle technical process evaluations to uncover gaps in workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement.
  • Experience leading projects.
  • Experience in process gap analysis.
  • Experience with root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring and coaching process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience QuickBase.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
