We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take a key role in the design and development of advanced multidisciplinary systems, from concept definition through product realization.

In this position, you will apply strong ownership, technical depth, and engineering rigor to translate requirements into robust mechanical solutions. Through analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, you will address complex technical challenges, define innovative solutions, and ensure precise and efficient execution throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable systems that meet program objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop subsystem development plans, translating customer and system requirements into structured engineering execution through product release, while maintaining alignment with overall program goals.

  • Perform detailed mechanical design activities, including concept development, calculations, tolerance analysis, material selection, and design optimization.

  • Support multidisciplinary integration efforts, ensuring effective synchronization between mechanical, electrical, software, and system elements.

  • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, clearly presenting engineering approaches, trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Utilize simulation and analytical tools to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and environmental requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development

  • Proven experience as an R&D engineer within a multidisciplinary organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong practical experience in machined components design, sheet metal, mechanism development, and in-depth understanding of precision drive and motion control systems

  • Experience integrating simulation and engineering analysis tools as part of the design process

  • Strong presentation and communication capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
