Job Summary:

Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, and overall gross profit improvement.  Partner with National Sales GPO Team to ensure pricing rules, deviated allowances, customer incentives, trade management and recapture agreements are updated properly given new customer contracts and amendments.  Support accurate and timely pricing including supplier cost deviations.  Proactively identify and resolve root causes leading to customer disputes.  Validate manual customer incentives including margin true up for GPO customers.  Support customer facing requests partnering with VPNAs, Customer Success, and National Sales GPO teams.  Act as a liaison with existing SBS teams including supplier disputes, in a dedicated GPO team model working across team focused on quality assurance.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with National Sales GPO Teams to successfully onboard new GPO customers and manage GPO changes with existing contract accounts.
  • Support accurate and timely pricing including Pricing Parent alignment and pricing rules for GPO customers.
  • Ensure compliance of trade management deals, supplier cost deviations, and agreement priority to avoid stacking of deals through pro-active agreement monitoring.
  • Validate full scope of customer incentives including manual incentives.
  • Work as a liaison across team ensuring root cause of identified issues are remediated.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and explanation of audit, rebates, and disputes.  Make recommendations for solutions to business problems using data analytics and modeling.
  • Manage team of three GPO Pricing & Agreement Analyst.
  • Special project working including supporting Deal as Data and Customer Rebate Management including internal change management.

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years accounting, finance, or Pricing & Agreements

Experience Preferred:

  • 5 years in corporate setting with analysis, business analytics, reporting

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to drive change and become more efficient
  • Ability to independently analyze situations and data to determine best course of action   
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet financial deadlines
  • Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment  
  • Ability to support and explain rationale for decisions and include appropriate people in decision-making process
  • Ability to lead activities including planning, organization and managing the workload, projects and activities for the department.
  • Strong problem management and solving skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines, department policy, procedures, and budget constraints.
  • Ability to quickly develop detailed understanding of systems and interoperability between corporate, operating company and Specialty company systems. 
  • Ability to effectively use standard software products, including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
