Tencent Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Product Solutions Specialist to drive the localisation and delivery of its risk control and anti-fraud products for global clients, particularly in Southeast Asia. This role bridges the gap between customer risk scenarios and Tencent’s technical capabilities, involving solution design, product commercialisation, and technical engagement across sales cycles. Ideal for those with both technical and client-facing experience, the position offers exposure to real-world anti-fraud implementations across diverse industries and supports the expansion of Tencent’s trust and safety solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercialisation and localisation of Tencent Cloud’s risk control and anti-fraud solutions for overseas clients. Support the business team across the full sales cycle (requirement gathering, solution design, technical presentation, POC delivery).
Conduct in-depth research on customer risk scenarios across registration, login, transaction, and payment use cases (e.g., overseas chargebacks, marketing fraud, fake accounts) and design effective, localised mitigation strategies.
Translate customer requirements into actionable commercial product strategies and implementation roadmaps. Support product monetisation efforts through industry-focused use case delivery.
Deliver regular product enablement and technical training to regional business development and pre-sales teams.
Maintain, update, and publish key case studies, technical collateral, and deployment documentation to support scaled delivery.
