Position Summary
As a Reimbursement Support Clerical Correspondence Coordinator, you play an integral role mailing accurate and timely correspondence for Coram reimbursement, customer service and provider relations. In this role you will perform clerical functions such as indexing, sorting, and assigning incoming correspondence received from US bank lockboxes. The Clerical Correspondence Coordinator is also responsible for the timely mailing of paper documents uploaded to a shared print folder and the proper handling of protected health information as well as other confidential material in addition to keying revenue adjustments, data entry and maintaining records, including filing documents and updating/handling financial records. To be successful in this role you will utilize Excel, Outlook, and Word and your critical thinking skills ensure a high quality of work.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
