Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced candidate who will be responsible for supporting the OMP solution, providing incident management, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to support the business's strategic objectives with strong expertise in the OMP/OMP Plus platform. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for OMP applications, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. • Support and troubleshoot OMP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Production Scheduling. • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs, address issues, and ensure optimal functionality of OMP solutions. • Analyze and resolve integration issues between OMP and other systems (ERP, MES, etc.). • Implement and document fixes, enhancements, and updates within the OMP system. • Coordinate with OMP vendor for system updates, patches, and escalated issues. • Participate in the testing and deployment of OMP enhancements and new functionalities. • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and support processes. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in supporting or Implementation of OMP solutions, with in-depth knowledge of OMP modules and configurations. • Hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support environments. • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and related systems. • Experience in troubleshooting interfaces and integrations between OMP and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP). • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or other database technologies. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and business users. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: • OMP certification or formal training. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and support methodologies.
