We are looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join our Client Experience team, providing day to day oversight and support to Fund Administrators while working closely with management to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide advice on processes and procedures, support issue resolution, and help maintain strong service standards.
This is a full time, permanent role within a team that delivers client support, effective case management, and accurate administrative processing to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
