The Instructional Designer serves as an innovative resource providing consultation, learning design and support to the Eagle Academy, to create and maintain instructional components.
 
Your job duties will include:
• Conduct training analyses and deliver findings that will impact training design and development.
• Partner with training or subject matter experts to develop training materials.
• Conduct training analysis (Audience, gap, task, change and process).
• Confirm or refine/expand the business process.
• Capture scenarios during analysis for content development.
• Produce analysis findings for use with instructional design and content development of training materials.
• Conduct training analysis finding meetings with Eagle Academy project team.
• Conduct usability studies, as needed.
• Create training content as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in development of curriculum, and deployment of training programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior, adult learning program delivery, organizational development theory and practice as well as all facets of training assessment, design, delivery, implementation and enforcement.
• Proven and consistent success in building and implementing training programs that have a proven impact on organizational financial results.
• Skilled in: training needs analysis, facilitation of training, assessment of knowledge/skills, and quality evaluation of on-the-job skill application.
• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work -- developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to Travel 10-25%.

Pay Range: $64,275-$85,675 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
