The Crown Is Yours

As a Risk Withdrawals Associate, you will handle customer and VIP inquiries regarding deposits, withdrawals, and chargebacks. You will work within our Fraud and Payment Operations department to assist our customers and internal teams with the goal of maximizing and recovering revenue generation along with mitigate future losses.

What you’ll do as a Risk Withdrawals Associate

  • Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud to ensure DraftKings' merchant accounts are correctly maintained.

  • Maintain knowledge of the upcoming industry and product risks, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and trends.

  • Support the discovery, containment, and prevention of fraud and abuse groups.

 
What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking, business, or finance is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields. 

  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail.

  • Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Office product suite will be considered an advantage. 

  • Intermediate Excel skills are preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work holidays, nights and weekends.
