Job Description
The Senior Counsel, Employment and Corporate Litigation, provides strategic legal advice and litigation management across a broad range of employment and corporate disputes. Working closely with the HR team, Senior Counsel, Employment and Corporate Litigation will provide legal advice and counsel in all areas of employment including litigation, arbitration, compliance, accommodation, compensation, and all aspects of the employment life cycle. This role is responsible for overseeing complex litigation matters, advising on employment / litigation related risk, and supporting the organization’s objectives through proactive dispute prevention, effective litigation strategy, and strong cross functional partnership with Human Resources, Compliance, Risk, and business leadership.Who is Allstate:

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 121,800.00 - 171,800.00 annually.
