Summary: As an Application Developer, you will utilize your expertise in Salesforce Development to design and implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, developing and maintaining Salesforce programs, and performing system testing and debugging. You should have advanced proficiency in Salesforce Development and a strong understanding of ERP solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Craft customized ERP solutions leveraging Salesforce Development. - Develop and maintain Salesforce programs. - Create and modify Salesforce reports. - Perform system testing and debugging. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ERP solutions. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and customization. - Solid grasp of Salesforce security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
