  •  Responsible for training and providing machine operation induction to the customer's personnel in the handling, operation and maintenance of the machine, as well as diagnosing and solving printing problems.
  • Diagnose problems or doubts in the printing process, notifying the technical service coordinator and the direct manager of Heidelberg Mexico in a timely manner.
  • Perform demonstrations of the machine, through active operation in order to support the commercial area, as well as resolve technical and operational doubts to the customer.
  • Support the technical staff in installations, mechanical and/or electronic repairs by changing parts or adjusting mechanisms.
  • Prepare daily reports of activities with the customer, by filling out the physical and/or electronic service form, ensuring the correct completion and receipt of the corresponding signatures from the customer.
  • Analyze and diagnose in the customer's machinery, the needs of spare parts, consumables or other and thus inform the coordinator through phone call and service report for follow-up and timely attention.
  • Use personal protective equipment according to the instructions of use and maintenance provided by the company. Maintain and take care in an ordinary state of working tools, uniforms and equipment assigned for the development of their functions.
  • Provide technical support to the spare parts area and customers to guide the areas on parts and equipment handling.
  • Provide technical and remote support to customer requests and give a momentary solution, which are coordinated by dispatchers or direct boss.
  • Understanding, safeguarding and confidentiality of technical information provided by the company, for use in daily technical work.
  • Contribute to the development of the technical knowledge of new technical or administrative personnel for efficient and effective customer service.
  • Maintain updated the necessary program to provide customer service and attention, by presenting to the area providing the update. Collaborate in sales projects for technical advice and / or sales closings.
  • Control and timely verification of the per diem granted for the transfer of the service at the end of each appointment, keeping informed, based on the per diem policies of the company.

  • Capacitar y otorgar la inducción de la operación de la máquina al personal del cliente en el manejo, funcionamiento y mantenimiento de la máquina, así como diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de impresión.
  • Diagnosticar los problemas o dudas en el proceso de impresión, notificando oportunamente al coordinador de servicio técnico y al jefe directo de Heidelberg México.
  • Realizar demostraciones de la máquina, mediante la operación activa con el fin de apoyar al área de comercial, así como resolver dudas técnicas y de funcionamiento al cliente.
  • Apoyar al personal técnico en las instalaciones, reparaciones mecánicas y/o electrónicas cambiando piezas o ajustando mecanismos.
  • Elaboración de reportes diarios de actividades con el cliente, a través del llenado del formato de servicio físicos y/o electrónicos, asegurando el correcto llenado y recepción de las firmas correspondientes del cliente.
  • Analizar y diagnosticar en la maquinaria del cliente, las necesidades de refacciones, consumibles u otro y así informar al coordinador a través de llamada telefónica y del reporte de servicio para el seguimiento y atención oportuna.
  • Utilizar el equipo de protección personal de acuerdo a las instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento proporcionadas por la empresa. Conservar y cuidar en un estado ordinario las herramientas de trabajo, uniformes y equipo asignado para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
  • Apoyar técnicamente al área de refacciones y clientes para orientar a las áreas sobre piezas y manejo de equipo.
  • Asesorar técnicamente y vía remota, a las solicitudes del cliente y dando una solución momentánea, mismas que son coordinadas por dispatchers o jefe directo.
  • Comprensión, resguardo y confidencialidad de la información técnica proporcionada por la empresa, para el uso en las labores técnicas diarias.
  • Contribuir en el desarrollo del conocimiento técnico del personal de nuevo ingreso, técnico o administrativo, para el eficiente y efectivo servicio al cliente.
  • Mantener actualizado el programa necesario para otorgar el servicio y atención al cliente, a través de presentarse en el área proveedora de la actualización.
  • Colaborar en los proyectos de ventas para la asesoría técnica y /o cierres de ventas.
  • Control y comprobación puntual de los viáticos otorgados para el traslado de los servicios al   término de cada cita, manteniendo informado, basado en las políticas de viáticos de la empresa.
