Job Description Summary

The ISM Organizational Change Management Leader is responsible for developing strategies, tactical communication and engagement plan to enable successful execution of global business transformation as part of Integrated Services Management program in Gas Power Services. These strategies and deliverables support successful deployment of new technologies, processes, breakthrough capabilities and initiatives, and are designed to drive adoption and deliver a positive change experience for the customer-facing team. This is an individual contributor role.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

ISM Change Management

  • Design and implement structured, comprehensive organization change management strategies that align with the Integrated Services Management initiative.

  • Lead persona-based adoption for Salesforce capabilities, enabling frontline teams (CPM, SM, RM, PM, Field roles) to transition to a unified service execution model.

  • Translate Agentforce and integrated AI initiatives into tangible operational practice changes, ensuring that AI augments decision-making processes without adding administrative workloads

Communication:

  • Develop communication and engagement plan: create and maintain appropriate content channels and tools including newsletters, emails, FAQ pages, online content for impacted users’ engagement and enablement.

  • Design targeted communication and enablement strategies to mitigate change fatigue among impacted audiences, in alignment with phased Salesforce and AI deployments

Training and Support:

  • Build Training strategy, training calendar and ensure that role-based trainings are delivered to all impacted ISM users accompanied by accessible storage for Process and System Training materials.

  • Monitor frontline adoption trends and feedback, partnering with program leadership to reinforce engagement and sustain long-term transformation outcomes.

Metrics, Evaluation & OCM Risk management

  • Drive KPI-focused adoption by promoting simplified workflows and reducing non-value-added data entry across ISM processes.

  • Identify potential risks, monitor change progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Project management, standardization and continuous improvement

  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, and ensure progress updates are maintained

  • Establish OCM operating rhythm and standard work 

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy and methodology.

  • Utilize AI, automation and LEAN tools to drive productivity 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge / experience

  • Significant experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, Operations organizations, Change-Management.

  • Proven experience driving change and change adoption.

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary. (if located in Hungary.)

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Understanding of industry standard/GEV organization change methodologies and ability to leverage best practices

  • Mindset of Business value realization driven process design and aligning process with Operational KPIs

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

  • Strong customer service mindset with experience driving transformations with empathy

  • Ability to interface and influence all levels of customer organization as well as other functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration is preferred

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration is preferred

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
