The ideal Account Manager will have a passion for K-12 education, account management, and customer success. In this role, you will be developing relationships with educational administrators across the US and internationally to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. You will be responsible for the subscription renewal, upsell, customer retention, and engagement activities in assigned territory.
This person must be proactive, well organized, and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with outstanding people skills and integrity.
This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office.
