Your Role:
Your adventure begins with identifying potential areas ripe for M-KOPA's transformative impact. Armed with your keen eye for opportunity and your knack for negotiation, you will secure prime locations for our shops. ensuring they shine brightly amidst the bustling streets.
Once the lease is sealed, the real fun begins. You will transform empty spaces into vibrant shops of innovation and empowerment, coordinating branding efforts and outfitting our shops with all the essentials to dazzle our customers.
But your journey doesn't end there. You will be the guardian of our retail shops, ensuring they remain pristine and welcoming to all who enter. From maintaining properties to managing inventory, your attention to detail will keep our shops running smoothly and efficiently.
What You Bring:
You are not just a retail expert; you are a visionary. With at least 3 years of experience in the retail field, you know what it takes to open new shops and set them up for success.
South Africa is your playground, and you know it like the back of your hand. Your understanding of the local landscape, coupled with your exceptional negotiation skills, makes you a force to be reckoned with.
