Position Overview

MCRA, an IQVIA business is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Medtech Business Operations Team. The Operations Analyst should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage data accurately and effectively. The successful candidate will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and processes, ultimately driving informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and improve reporting automation.

• Build and maintain internal database to support reporting need.

• Provide management related support to the Executives.

• Assist the Associate Manager, Operational Analytics internal process optimizations to enhance business operations efficiency.

• Assist the Associate Manager with internal ad-hoc Excel report requests throughout the company.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related area is required.

• 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong Excel skills required (Excel proficiency assessment may be administered as part of the interview process).

• Proficient in other Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; well-organized and able to work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related area.

• Experience with NetSuite CRM, PeopleSoft, and/or OpenAir.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).

• Experience in professional services companies.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $40,700.00 - $101,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
