- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data handling within Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
