Summary of the role

The Corebridge Financial Corporate Treasury team is searching for a Treasury
Senior Analyst who has a strong Finance and Treasury background, preferably withprior work experience in the Insurance and Financial Services Industries.
Successful candidates for this role are self-starters with balanced backgrounds
of analytical skills, and strong soft skills in both written and
verbal communications.

In this role, the new hire will be responsible for performing
all the day to day activities encompassing the following in addition to ad-hoc initiatives/projects involving liquidity management and Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) funding and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, monitor, and report liquidity management at Corebridge Financial subsidiaries, including developing liquidity risk
    modeling, long-term cash flow forecast modeling, and stress testing
    activities.

  • Interface with Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Actuarial,
    Capital Planning, Tax, Investments and coordinate with individuals
    in the various Corebridge Financial businesses to provide timely and accurate cash
    flow forecasts for liquidity management.

  • Assist in the development and documentation of liability
    measurement modeling, data compilation and analysis, including
    but not limited to measuring unencumbered high-quality collateral,
    for pro forma cash flow analysis for liquidity measurement,
    monitoring, and risk reporting.

  • Aggregate, review, and distribute key risk analytic reports related to liquidity, cash flows, FHLB borrowing capacity, and insurance portfolio to Treasury senior management and Corebridge Financial business partners.

  • Prepare material and presentations for senior management, Board of Directors, and regulators.

  • Assist with pursuit of excellence in execution of Corebridge Financial Treasury functions

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA or advance degree preferred.
  • Broad experience in Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management in an Insurance (preferably Life & Retirement) or financial firm.
  • Demonstrate understanding of corporate finance, investments, and accounting.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (financial modeling is a plus) and a high level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Self-starter, quick-learner and flexible team-player.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Treasury experience at a mid to large size firm

Preferred technical skills with an advanced knowledge of:

  • MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • QueryTools (specifically MicroStrategy and SAP Treasury Management System).
