Role Description:
As Investment Client Analyst within Mercer’s Delegated Investment Solutions International Client Team, you will join a high-performing and rapidly growing business area, based in Stockholm. You will support a portfolio of Swedish Investment Solutions clients, helping them implement and monitor their investment strategies while working closely with colleagues in Dublin and London. Mercer’s Investments business is a leading global provider of investment consulting and investment solutions. We support clients at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and monitoring process. Our Delegated Investment Solutions business governs over USD 150 billion in client assets across Europe and Asia, serving a wide range of institutional clients including pension funds, insurance companies, wealth managers and endowments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver investment output and documentation within critical timelines, including the production, review, analysis and issuing of client reports.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with a selection of Investment Solutions clients, providing proactive advice and information on complex issues such as performance analysis, economic commentary and client presentations.
• Manage a range of investment projects that benefit clients in Sweden, liaising with operational, investment and consulting teams in Dublin and London.
• Support and influence the development of Mercer’s overall client-service delivery across the Swedish client base, ensuring a scalable, first-class client experience.
• Attend client meetings together with Mercer investment specialists to review current investment arrangements, discuss market and industry developments and agree on potential changes to consider or implement.
• Support the relationship with some of Mercer’s largest Swedish Investment Solutions clients, helping to further develop our overall service delivery over the coming years.

What You Need To Have:

• Ideally a couple of years of relevant experience within investments, asset management, consulting or a related area.
• A strong passion for investments and client management.
• High level of dedication and a strong can-do attitude.
• Comfort working proactively and acting as a problem solver.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a simple and coherent manner.
• Ability to work effectively in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.

• Experience working with institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, wealth managers or endowments.
• Experience from an international environment and confidence working across borders and time zones.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (operational, investment, consulting).
• A strong interest in financial markets, investment research and fund solutions, and willingness to continuously deepen this expertise.
