We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time Management and Personnel Administration/Organizational Management (PA/OM). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM solutions that optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

YOUR MISSION:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules, focusing on Time Management and PA/OM.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other HR systems.

• Provide end-user training and documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM processes.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically Time Management and PA/OM.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and legal compliance.

• Experience with schema and PCR configuration for Time Management.

• Knowledge of integration with Payroll and other SAP modules.

• English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HR solutions.

• Implementation experience.
