What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily operations by coordinating materials, schedules, and resources
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies and materials
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Communicate updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and operational tools

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
