Day-to-Day

• Lead the effort to socialize and operationalize a comprehensive process for sourcing, procurement, pricing and contract negotiations for PTC China, Korea, US and Europe.
• Identify savings opportunities & service enhancements and initiate process improvements.
• Manage supplier negotiations in order to reduce costs, minimize use of liquid capital and increase supplier accountability.
• Defines, creates and distributes reports to identify near / long term calendar of events / opportunities.
• Establishes ownership and accountability by geography as needed.
• Drives the decision-making process & action planning for each activity driving efficiencies and cost reduction / savings opportunities.
• Ensures relevant stakeholders are informed of decisions, action plan and timing.
• Provides quarterly status updates on completed, in process and scheduled activities with associated financials.
• Participates in annual fiscal planning.
• Establishes and executes strategic supplier roadmap relationships.
• Maintains awareness of industry leading practices, implements changes as needed to increase capability maturity at PTC.

 Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with various groups to reach alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiating and commercial contract skills.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to bridge communications between the PTC’s suppliers and business customers.
• Ensure structured sourcing, negotiation and contracting methodology is followed. 
• Strong Customer Service Orientation and Business Acumen including proven ability to present technical and financial information to a broad audience.
• Must to be able to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment, with minimal supervision.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of experience managing relevant work including contract negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management in a mid to large size global corporate environment.
• Experience managing under Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and performance metrics
