WinnCompanies is looking for a Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II to join our team at Metro Green, an affordable housing community located in Stamford, CT.

Your remarkable customer service skills set you apart from your peers, and you thrive by making genuine connections. In this role, you will perform day-to-day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, recertifications and lease renewals. No two days will be the same with this fast-paced opportunity.

Please note that the pay range for this position is $20.22 to $25.84 per hour, depending on experience.
