Job Description:
The Supervisor Airframe Field Services PAE provides oversight and technical guidance for all outsourced airframe maintenance, ensuring Southwest Airlines aircraft are maintained, altered, and produced in compliance with all technical and safety standards. They’re responsible for the technical acceptance of repairs, inspection authorizations, and approval of labor and material costs while supporting Airframe Essential Maintenance Providers in setting appropriate flow, scheduling, and manpower levels. Supervisor Airframe Field Services PAE conducts audits of personnel, facilities, and work quality in alignment with the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program and established Letters of Agreement, strengthening Southwest’s commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $138,800 to $154,200 per year to $115,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
