Who We Are:
At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. That’s why we’re driven to create gear and experiences that take people to the place that makes them feel more alive — whether it’s a headspace, a feeling, or a finish line.
Everyone who works at Brooks is propelled by a company culture that sparks excitement, fuels collaboration, inspires creativity, and ignites innovation.
Our brand values help bond us together and drive our success:
We welcome everyone from every walk of life looking to inspire others through the power of movement - because we’re all moving towards something. Let’s run there.
We believe in the power of movement and the running community. Our stores are more than a retail space, they are a hub for connection, performance, and purpose. We deliver premium products and best-in-class service to runners of all levels, and we bring that to life through community events, local activations, and authentic storytelling.
As the Senior Community Event & Marketing Specialist, Retail at Brooks, your work will be the heartbeat of grassroots outreach and hometown marketing to drive forward Brooks’ mission to “awaken the runner in everyone”. You will be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing experiential marketing events and community initiatives that build deep local engagement, drive foot traffic, and reinforce Brooks’ leadership in performance running. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail, marketing, and community building – someone who understands both the power of brand storytelling and the importance of authentic local relationships.
At Brooks, we celebrate diversity & equity. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment, and encourage people of all backgrounds, perspectives, experiences, and skills to apply. Brooks is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
