Software Development Engineering - Advisor II

What does a successful Software Development Engineering - Advisor II do at Fiserv ?

What will you do:

• Ensures all potential risks are identified and appropriate mitigation plans are in place to have minimal/no impact to business

• Must have experience to support a project from Design till Implementation; have Implementations experience.

• Demonstrates high standards of vigilance in delivery of Code, Unit test results, self- motivated for learning new skills, should be a good team player

What will you need to know:

•Should have very good understanding of VisionPLUS Batch and Online Architecture, Good knowledge of CMS/FAS/TRAMS/CDM/VMX.

• Should have good understanding of Cards and Payment domain,

• Ability to Design Solutions, implement core algorithms and Microservices independently with complete ownership for outcome driven solution offerings.

• Possess good Inter Personal Skills, be a good Team Player and Open for learning new skills and able to lead 3-4 Juniors during Design and Development.

What would be great to have:

• Lead the assessment, gap analysis, process improvement, and designing end state operating models using industry best practices and standards.
