What You’ll Do


•    Analyze business processes and IT requirements to support digital project management.
•    Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•    Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements.
•    Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
•    Oversee user acceptance testing and validate solution effectiveness.
•    Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed specifications.
•    Create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations to communicate findings and facilitate understanding among stakeholders.
•    Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
•    Provide subject matter expertise in business process analysis and IT solution alignment.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Create and deliver user documentation and training materials.
