As Sr. Product Manager II, you’ll lead the development and launch of a software product for Government customers to request software and cloud licenses. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, development, and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for users.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for a software product from concept to inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define success metrics.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
  • Partner with the UX/UI designer to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that accommodates a diverse range of users.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
  • Monitor performance, analyze user feedback and data, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the marketplace’s capabilities.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • An active, U.S. Government issued, secret security clearance (or higher) OR the ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in building web applications or marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling software products for large user bases.
  • Strong understanding of modern web application architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in agile product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining a backlog, including developing a roadmap, setting priorities, and writing epic and user stories
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in using human centered design (HCD) in the development and delivery of products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
