Angle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO), Group Counsel and Chief Legal Officer and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) including managing diaries, organising travel and work-related functions, preparing expense reports and general adhoc duties such presentation support.

In addition, with the support of Facilities, you will have the responsibility of managing the Sydney office (including ordering office supplies, ensuring all equipment is in working order, catering and setting up for events etc).

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative and project tasks that facilitate the CPO, Chief Legal Officer and CRO’s ability to effectively lead their teams.

  • Diary management - Prioritise enquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

  • Work with leaders to design team meeting agendas, including an operating rhythm.

  • Enable the Executive Team by understanding their responsibilities, needs and priorities.

  • Ensuring all documents for meetings are submitted on time and in the right format by following up with relevant team members.

  • Support completion of documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Works closely and effectively with the Leadership team to ensure they are informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure priorities are met, best practices are maintained, and business goals are achieved.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements as required.

  • Collate and manage expenses for leaders.

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Organise work functions and events for internal employees and external engagements as required.

  • Attend leadership team meetings and record minutes as required.

  • Ordering office supplies for the Sydney office.

  • Greeting visitors.

  • Setting up appointments, conferences and manage meeting rooms in Sydney.

  • Managing office expenditure and budgets.

  • Facility Management for office space and coordination of technical equipment as required.

  • Work Health & Safety lead for the Sydney office in conjunction with People & Culture.

  • General ad hoc duties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will have proven experience in C-Suite support

  • Professional interpersonal communication and relationship skills

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Dynamic self-starter, results driven and adaptable

  • Hands on, collaborative and engaging attitude

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and experience in setting up processes

  • Experience as a virtual assistant is beneficial

  • 5 years+ Financial Services roles
