As a Martech Engineer you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our marketing technology stack. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure seamless integration between systems, enhance data flows, and enable marketing automation and campaign execution. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining platforms, developing solutions for data synchronization, and analyzing results to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and marketing effectiveness.. 

THE ROLE:

• Support and maintain our marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data management, analytics, personalization, and content management systems)
• Implement and maintain data integrations between marketing platforms and other tools (CRM, analytics, social, email, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions
• Build and maintain custom integrations, scripts, and solutions that meet business requirements. Write clean, scalable code and scripts for system interoperability
• Work with marketing, product, and design stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and lead technical aspects of martech-related projects
• Provide our users with an overall experience with high quality, scalability and robustness
• Help shape engineering and company culture 

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3+ years in a martech, marketing operations, or technical marketing role with hands-on experience in platform management and data integration
• Proficiency in managing and integrating key marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.)
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data flow principles
• Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and workflow automation tools
• Strong understanding of analytics, data warehousing, and reporting. Ability to analyze and visualize data to drive marketing insights
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• A high degree of comfort working with front-end engineers and designers
• Ability to thrive in a highly demanding, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.
