Contract Terms: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
The Box Office operations team are the front face of Ticketmaster to the customers who purchase tickets from a box office at a venue or event site.
The Box Office Attendant provides assistance to customer ticketing needs and provides high-quality service to meet customer service standards at Ticketmaster’s Box Offices, Outlets and Events.
