Our Business Areas 

Our Graduate Programme offers opportunities across a broad range of business functions. While specific roles may vary, our business units include: 

• Technology & Engineering – Software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and platform services 

• Operations – Network operations, service management, resilience and operational excellence 

• Product Management & Innovation – Product strategy, design, market solutions and innovation initiatives 

• Corporate Functions – Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs 

• Commercial & Customer Engagement – Sales, relationship management, customer success and market development 

• Strategy & Transformation – Business strategy, enterprise transformation and change management 

You will be placed into a role aligned with your background, interests and business needs. 

What you will do 

Depending on your role, you may: 

• Support the design, development or delivery of technology solutions 

• Analyse data to inform business or operational decisions 

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and transformation programmes 

• Work with internal and external stakeholders across regions 

• Support risk, compliance or governance processes 

• Engage with customers and partners across the global financial ecosystem

You should have completed (or expect to complete) a university degree before the programme start date.

• Applications may close once roles are filled, so early application is encouraged. 

• You will receive updates via the email address used in your application. 

• If successful at initial screening, you will be invited to complete in person assessments. 

• Final interviews will take place from February 2026 onwards.
