Job Description​

Play a key role in ensuring smooth, compassionate patient experiences from start to finish!

  • M-F 8a-4:30pm

  • 2 years experience required

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a full-time Medical Office Coordinator for our Anesthesia department. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct

  • Performs a variety of functions in the medical office including communicating with patients, providers, and internal and external contacts.

  • Collecting patient procedure payments, making patient calls, verifying insurance and other patient data is accurate.

  • Reviewing procedure summaries for accurate documentation.

  • Scanning and/or uploading patient information to patients electronic chart.

  • Able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including medical records, scheduling, insurance verification and patient referrals, etc.

  • Will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.

  • Assists with provider credentialing.
