Be a part of the team making it happen! We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to grow adoption of our networking solutions at ICT and Telco Service Providers. You will work directly with developers at global and regional ICT and Telco providers, regional CSPs and ISVs to build reference architectures and solutions to increase the adoption of NVIDIAs full stack accelerated computing platform technology.
In this role, you will work closely with the cross functional R&D and Business leaders at NVIDIA to drive growth and will be accountable to establish NVIDIA’s leadership and build and implement the plan for the associated revenue and pipeline growth within the designated Territory. The role requires strong business development skills along with ability to execute and contribute towards the delivery of sales results. It requires strong domain expertise in ICT, CSP, networking and telecom segment with executive relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced multifaceted environment and enjoys the challenges that rapid growth crafts. A proven record of success in a hard-working sales/business development organization in a telecom and networking context is required.
What you’ll be doing:
Build and implement the growth plan with organizations mentioned above. Collaborate with top business leaders across the company to align and implement to the plan.
Collaborate closely within the networking unit to develop and package specific reference architectures.
Develop a successful partnership with those outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs associated with a successful relationship.
Lead and support sales execution as part of the NVIDIA regional sales team. Bring, develop and nurture key customers relationships/Light House Accounts.
Engage, enable and energize Telco accounts to ensure they are knowledgeable in the NVIDIA product portfolio and strategy.
Support account critical issues, partner/channel conflicts and related business issues.
Drive and supervise 4 quarters business on assigned responsibility.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.
7+ overall years of sales or business development experience in telecoms technology with demonstrated ability ideally within an overlay sales organization.
Positive relationships with executives at service providers. Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through.
Possess a regional client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices in the mentioned industry.
Shown success of building positive partnerships with large organizations.
Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances. Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
Able and willing to travel ~30%
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.
Providing inspirational leadership and driving organization growth and change and can present sophisticated marketing and technical content to customers.
Proven knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.
Proven track record to have a strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and/or internal partners and proven ISV experience related to telecom and establishing joint sales models and metrics.
