At the Tom James Company, an Assistant supports our sales team members, store leaders, and key organizational leaders in fulfilling our mission to be a global leader in the fashion industry. An Assistant is a valued member of the Tom James sales support team.

We currently have a part-time opening in our Minneapolis, MN office. Our Sales Assistant position reports directly to the Store Leader and requires approximately 24 hours per week. Work schedule is flexible. Hourly pay is $19+ per hour and is based upon experience. On day one, the Sales Assistant will begin participating in our sales assistant monthly bonus plan. Bonuses are based upon the Store Leader's overall sales and/or new business.
