Join us as a Technical Product Manager

  • You’ll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of technology-driven products
  • The role focuses on understanding customer needs, overseeing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful product delivery that aligns with business objectives

What you'll do

We’ll look to you to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, from roadmap ownership and feature prioritization to launch and post-release evaluation. You’ll ensure strategic alignment through clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication, while proactively managing risks and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll also provide technical guidance to engineering teams, articulate customer pain points, and define performance metrics to measure success. We’ll also look to you to lead and mentor team members, supporting hiring efforts, and enabling agile decision-making to maintain momentum and
deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Additionally, you’ll:

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap ownership and prioritisation through to launch and post-release evaluation
  • Own end-to-end technical oversight, mapping flows across channels, core platforms and downstream systems, and assessing impacts of change
  • Lead coordinated build and test delivery across systems, ensuring traceability, quality assurance, and alignment with engineering and test teams
  • Define and execute implementation and release strategies, ensuring delivery against programme milestones, budget, and timelines
  • Drive go-live readiness, including go-live strategy, Schedule of Events (SoE), hypercare, incident management, and operational readiness, including disaster recovery
  • Provide technical design assurance by reviewing and challenging architecture and solution designs to ensure scalable and resilient outcomes
  • Collaborate across teams to evolve the technical roadmap and support post-implementation activities, including onboarding and transition to BAU

The skills you'll need

We’re on the lookout for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation. You’ll have extensive experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and influencing cross-functional teams.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong experience in product management within technology driven or banking environments
  • Expertise in end-to-end architecture, system integration, and managing complex multi-platform ecosystems
  • Proven track record delivering build, test, and release across large-scale, dependent systems
  • Experience in technical design governance, including architecture, data flows, and infrastructure considerations
  • Knowledge of go-live, operational readiness, and hypercare, including incident and environment management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum environments
