The Technology Chief Controls Office (TCCO) ensures our technologists can effectively manage non-financial risk while delivering secure, reliable, and always on products and services. 

You’ll join the Risk Engagement & Delivery Centre of Excellence, a team that drives strategy execution and embeds change that lifts maturity and operational performance across Technology. 

Do work that matters

You will report into the COE Lead Risk Engagement and Delivery, and as a key member of the Chief Controls Office, you’ll orchestrate and deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives that enable Technology to achieve its strategic agenda. You’ll develop and execute delivery roadmaps that minimise disruption and maximise value, while uplifting risk culture and capability across Chapters, Domains, and Centres of Excellence. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—coaching leaders and teams, guiding change adoption, and ensuring benefits are realised.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery: Plan, sequence and execute strategic initiatives to optimise outcomes.
• Integrated Solution Orchestration: Manage interdependencies and coordinate cross functional delivery.
• Roadmap & Prioritisation: Build and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned to business priorities across Chapters, CoEs and Domains.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement: Identify impacted stakeholders and deliver tailored interventions to drive adoption and mitigate risk.
• Advisory & Partnership: Provide expert guidance on change strategy and delivery to crews, stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaboration & Communication: Enable transparency, alignment and cross team collaboration.
• Governance & Reporting: Maintain robust governance and report progress against objectives and key results.
• Continuous Improvement: Model delivery excellence and champion best practice.
• Operational Planning: Partner with CoE and Chapter Leads in quarterly planning and operational forums.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Strategic thinker with ability to connect macro tech trends to risk functions
• Strong planning and delivery skills, with understanding of agile ways of working and tools like JIRA (training available if needed)
• Comfortable applying delivery methodologies and tools across complex initiatives
• Proactive mindset, self-starter, continuous improvement orientation
• Excellent soft skills and stakeholder management
• Preferably from a technology background , experience in risk related areas will be an added advantage
• Risk mindset: You proactively identify, discuss and act on current and emerging risks; make data driven decisions; encourage speaking up; collaborate across the three lines of accountability; and deliver sustainable outcomes
