Micron technology Inc. Research and Development department is seeking a Yield Analysis Engineer to help developing our next generation memory solutions and to help supporting data analytics projects for the Yield analysis group. In this challenging role, you will provide analysis of end of line test data, parametric, and process data. You will also participate in developing solutions to speed up analysis efficiency through scripting, dashboards creation, modeling, developing machine learning solutions and advancing Micron’s own Yield Management Systems.

Your Responsibility and Duties will include but not limited to:
Drive data analytic initiatives for the yield enhancement team. Create and deliver data analysis solutions and visualizations.
Identify new creative and innovative ways to use existing tools to identify relevant process.
Define system requirements, such as requirements for interface design to support global user and coordinate with the Information Technology (IT) department as needed.
Analyze and define functional requirements, translate and communicate the requirement to the development team.
Perform testing of the developed solutions and participate in users acceptance test. Provide functional support to development team members during testing and deployment phase.
Be domain expert in Yield enhancement who understand the details of electrical testing, parametric and fab data analysis to be able to identify gaps in Yield Analysis workflow.
Improve yield by standardizing methods and procedures to promote consistent, comparable and repeatable processes
Lead and coordinate discussion forum of multi-functional teams
B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and Data Analytics or other engineering degrees plus 5+ year experience in semiconductor
