You will monitor and analyze daily activities, capex projects to ensure expenditures stay within budget and on schedule.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly budget forecasts
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Monitoring, and analyzing daily activities; product costing, cost variances, and budget spend
• Work in a supportive manner with procurement to conduct financial analyses for price changes
• Monitor capex projects to ensure that capital expenditures stay within budget and on schedule, flag deviations for review
• Provide support for achieving plant KPIs (GE, loss, conversion cost)
• Support productivity agenda (process improvement, loss elimination, cost management)
• To be present on the production floor (2 days a week), work closely with production team to ensure that everything runs smoothly on budget.

What you will bring

• Proven working experience in finance functions (+ 2 years)
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS office and financial software applications
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Degree in finance, economics or related fields
