A Day in the Life

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team responsible for complex tender processes in a dynamic, international environment? As a Tender Supervisor, you will play a key role in building strong partnerships with business leaders, legal advisors, and sales teams, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the highest standards in tender management. This position offers a hybrid working model with the main office located in Warsaw. You will report directly to the Tender Administration Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Poland and Central Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Supporting team development through regular coaching and conducting performance reviews
  • Ensuring alignment of departmental strategy with broader commercial and corporate objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the organization, building a partnership approach with business leaders, legal advisors, and sales teams in the area of tenders
  • Demonstrate knowledge of broad industry trends and their impact on local/regional sales activities, with particular focus on procurement initiatives in Poland
  • Support and drive the integration of digital tools and technologies in tender processes (digital transformation)

Required knowledge and experience:

  • University degree in Business, Law, Economics, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position managing a tender team, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement law, tendering procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in optimizing and digitalizing business processes, with a focus on implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and streamline tender administration
  • Fluency in Polish and English

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, especially in complex situations are desirable.
